Pawn Broker, a rooftop bar with cocktails inspired by the great American classics and a bar bites menu that combines the greatest tastes created by the Pubbelly Boys. Envisioned by Chef José Mendin, under his guidance this chic venue has become Downtown Miami’s trendiest, night time stop.
With a hint of the Prohibition era, Beverage Director William Rivas, has taken a leaf from the Golden Age of cocktails and added his own twist, producing a menu that goes against tradition to create a unique collection of Pawn Broker classics.
Our stylish setting is brought to life by our music team, connoisseurs of Miami’s nightlife scene. They have packed together a stage that will showcase Miami’s great up and coming musical talent, with nights purely dedicated to vinyl and an assortment of live local bands soon to take to the platform on Saturday evenings.
Chef José Mendin has created a menu influenced by his many food travels and the rich flavors from the Americas. Taking the best bits of his other restuarants, the dishes come together to offer a selection of flavors that are best enjoyed shared.
