Splash Pool Bar & Grill is the rooftop pool venue at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, set lower than The Bygone but closer to the waterfront. The terrace mixes loungers, cabanas, cocktails, and relaxed dining with excellent views over Harbor East. Its mood is more resort-like and breezy than the hotel’s fine-dining rooftop upstairs. It is best suited to warm-weather drinks, poolside lunches, and scenic summer afternoons.
