The Roof at The Barcelona EDITION

The Roof is one of Barcelona’s most iconic rooftops and an elegant retreat in the heart of the historic city center. Located on the tenth floor of The Barcelona EDITION, this space combines Mediterranean cuisine, signature cocktails, and privileged views over Ciutat Vella.

As evening falls, soft candlelight transforms the terrace into an intimate and sophisticated setting, ideal for enjoying sunset moments. From the terrace customers can take in some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks: the rooftops of El Born, the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, the distinctive roof of the Mercat de Santa Caterina, and, in the distance, the Mediterranean Sea.

The bar, crafted from travertine marble, offers a fresh and creative menu featuring seasonal cocktails and healthy alternatives such as smoothies, kombuchas, and mocktails. Open year-round thanks to its glass enclosures, The Roof operates on a walk-in-only basis and is designed for both hotel guests and the local community.
