Opened in 2021 by Ten Five Hospitality, the indoor-outdoor space offers sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA, paired with a dynamic calendar of live entertainment. Weekly programming includes Jazz Eclectic LA on Tuesdays, Piano Nights on Wednesdays featuring timeless sing-alongs, and DJ sets Thursday through Saturday with both local and international talent.

The lively atmosphere has helped establish Bar Lis as a go-to nightlife destination for both locals and visiting tastemakers. The menu complements the setting with French-inspired small plates, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine list spanning bubbles, rosé, and more. Designed by Bernadette Blanc, the space blends vintage Riviera elegance with modern touches—from a cypress-lined entrance to a rooftop fountain and plush, retro interiors.
