Area 31

Area 31 is a rooftop restaurant and bar on the 16th floor of the Kimpton EPIC Hotel. The terrace overlooks the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, giving it a strong downtown-waterfront perspective. The atmosphere is contemporary and polished without becoming too formal. It works especially well for dinners, brunches, and cocktails with a view.
