Central Standard combines a downtown distillery, restaurant, and rooftop terrace in one multi-level venue. The rooftop, known as The Aviary, is more drinks-led and gives guests open views over the city and nearby Third Ward. The mood is casual but polished, with craft cocktails naturally at the center. It works well as a paired visit with dinner downstairs or as a stand-alone rooftop drink stop.
