Le Plongeoir is not a conventional rooftop, but it remains one of Nice’s most iconic elevated dining and drinking spots. Built dramatically above the sea on a rocky platform, it delivers a unique coastal setting with Mediterranean food and cocktails. The atmosphere is scenic and memorable rather than urban.
