Noble Rot

Noble Rot is a fourth-floor wine bar and restaurant with one of Portland’s more distinctive rooftop identities. The venue combines city views with a rooftop garden that supports parts of the seasonal food and drink program. Its atmosphere leans thoughtful and restaurant-led, with wine remaining a central feature alongside cocktails and dinner service. It is especially well suited to slower meals, wine-focused visits, and scenic evenings on the east side.
