47 Circus Roof Garden is an elegant Italian restaurant and cocktail bar set on the panoramic terrace of 47 Boutique Hotel, offering breathtaking views over the landmarks of ancient Rome, including the Forum Boarium and the Theatre of Marcellus. Awarded “2 Forks” by Gambero Rosso since 2020, it features a seasonal menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and local traditions, with a strong focus on the quality, origin and sustainability of ingredients.

Chef Maurizio Lustrati combines technical expertise with creativity, reinterpreting Italian classics with a contemporary touch. His cuisine reflects a careful balance between flavor, aesthetics and seasonality. Aperitivo is a key moment of the experience, with refined finger foods designed to pair perfectly with signature cocktails, alongside a wide selection of classic and special drinks.

The wine list includes over 200 labels, ranging from renowned Italian producers to prestigious international selections, complemented by a dedicated gin corner with over 45 labels. The restaurant’s sustainable philosophy is embodied in 47 Hortus, a private agricultural project in Tuscia that supplies ingredients such as its own extra virgin olive oil, bringing a truly farm-to-table approach to the menu.
