Here, guests can sip a Lady Trevelyan while drinking in the same view that captivated DH Lawrence, Truman Capote and Tennessee Williams. Inside, elegant Sicilian carpentry and antique fittings evoke the magical atmosphere of a 19th-century winter garden. The bar’s signature cocktails are inspired by the panoramas enjoyed from the terrace, with names variously referring to the olive trees, the sunset and Bay of Naxos, and there is also an exceptional range of non-alcoholic cocktails, many sugar-free.
