Set atop the iconic Sands SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands, LAVO Coastal Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar is Tao Group Hospitality’s first Asian outpost. The venue presents coastal Italian-inspired cuisine in a relaxed yet refined setting, complemented by sweeping views.

Inspired by the sun-dappled cliffside towns of coastal Italy, the interior embraces a lighter, more sophisticated palette of warm neutrals, honey-toned accents and artisanal Mediterranean tiles. The expansive wraparound terrace overlooks the city skyline and sea horizon, setting the stage for boozy brunches, alfresco dining and sunset cocktails.

The menu, developed by Tao Group Hospitality’s culinary team under the leadership of Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella, features the brand’s greatest hits including “The Meatball” and the towering 20-layer chocolate cake. It also highlights vibrant seafood-forward flavours, with standout signatures such as Grilled Branzino, Reginette Seafood Alfredo and Red Prawn Ceviche.
